1. Use of Website • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. • You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. Product Descriptions We aim to provide accurate images and descriptions, but minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings. All measurements are approximate.
3. Pricing & Payments • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier partners. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Exchanges We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds. To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

6. Cancellations Orders placed through instagram dms can only be cancelled before packing which could be up to 2-24 hrs or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the site including images, logos, product designs, text, and graphics are the property of S&Z Apparels and protected under copyright law. You may not use any content without our written permission.
8. User Submissions Any suggestions, reviews, photos, or feedback you submit may be used by us for promotional or marketing purposes without any compensation.
