We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online, and we’re here to help.
If you face any sizing or fitting issues, we offer the following options—provided you inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.
1. Size Exchange
If your desired size is available for the same product, you may request a one-time size exchange. To request a size exchange:
• Email us at support@snz.co.in or dm us at @snz.co.in on instagram within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Use the subject line: “EXCHANGE – [Your Order Number]”.
• Once your exchange is confirmed by our team, you must courier the item back to us within 5 days of our confirmation.
Important Guidelines:
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and in unused and undamaged condition.
• Reverse pickups are not available; customers must arrange their own courier for returning the item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new size at no extra shipping cost.
2. Store Credit (When Size is Unavailable)
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead of a refund.
• Store credit will be sent via email after the returned item is received and approved.
• The email will contain a unique code that you can use on your next purchase.
• This credit never expires, and any unused balance will remain available for future orders.
• Please note: shipping charges (if applicable) are not included in the store credit.
